Cancellation Policy
At Studio I Rise, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. To ensure this, we have set out a number of guidelines for booking our treatments. We kindly ask that you read through these policies before making an appointment. 1. Making Appointments Bookings: Appointments can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Confirmation: After booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your session. Please review this information carefully and contact us if any changes are required. 2. Cancellations and Changes Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge for the session. Changes: Changes to your appointment can be made free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us by phone or email to make any changes. 3. Payment Terms Payment Options: Payment can be made online in advance via our website, or directly after your session in the studio via cash, debit card or credit card. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the session. 4. Preparing for Your Sessions Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to relax and prepare for your session. Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel relaxed. No special preparation is required for Reiki, but it is important that you are comfortable. 5. Health Information Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant health information prior to your session. This will help us tailor the treatment to your specific needs. Disclaimer: Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment.
